Since February 29th, Low Cost Carrier Cebu Pacific now flies from Manila to Boracay (Caticlan) directly. Flights from Cebu to Boracay will start on March 28th. If you have a look on their Website, you will find the flights from Manila or Cebu from 688,- Peso one way plus surcharges of course.
Cebu Pacific services the new route with their brand new ATR 72 Turboprop Aircraft, which can handle shorter runways on smaller airports. Until now, passsengers with Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines bound for Boracay, had to fly to Kalibo which involved another 2 hours bus ride to Caticlan, before taking a Boat to set over to Boracay.
Other small Airlines like SeaAir or Asian Spirit, which could fly directly to Boracay due to their smaller (but older) aircraft, will get a great competiton on that route. Maybe they have to think about getting newer aircraft as well.

It depends from what airport you go to and from. Cebu to Boracay would be about 1200,- Peso one way on surcharges right now but you can find out by visiting their website at: http://www.cebupacificair.com/
Right now the surcharges for Cebu to Boracay are like:
15,- Php Aviation Security Fee
950,- Peso Fuel & Insurance
246,- Peso VAT
Cebu pacific airlines is good than zeair and seair..
